Caolán McAleer BA

Decorative Arts Specialist

Caolán holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media, Cultural Studies and Marketing from John Moores University in Liverpool and has a background in sales and marketing. Caolán brings to Webb’s his experience of managing Gormleys, one of Ireland’s leading commercial art galleries and auction houses. Caolán has a strong interest in post-War British Art and Mid Century Modern Design.

Amanda Morrissey-Brown

Fine Art Department

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and English Literature and an Honours degree in Art History from Victoria University of Wellington. She also holds a postgraduate certificate in Art Crime and Cultural Heritage Protection. Amanda has been with Webb’s Fine Art Department for a year and a half, previously holding positions at City Gallery Wellington, one of New Zealand’s leading contemporary art galleries.

Marcus Atkinson

Rare & Fine Wines

Marcus is a highly experienced & widely respected fine and rare wine specialist, buyer & educator.  He brings to Webb’s over 20 years experience in the specialist wine trades of the UK, France, Australia & New Zealand.

International appointments have included retail management with Oddbins, Threshers & Sainsburys’ fine wine departments in Europe.  Marcus has served as a high-end sommelier in London with viticulture & winemaking experience of the 2000 vintage in Bordeaux & Jurançon.  Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Nottingham University & the Higher Certificate in Wine (WSET, England).

In 2005, Marcus located to Sydney furthering his endeavours with Australasia’s largest, privately-owned, direct-to-consumer wine retailer, United Cellars.  Six years later, he bravely crossed the ditch & established the New Zealand division, as Director & Country Manager.

He enthusiastically joins the Webb’s team, heading the Rare & Fine Wines department, utilising in-depth knowledge & top-notch advice, he provides his extraordinary clients, suppliers & wineries with exceptional service.

Steve Allen

Fine & Rare Wines

Steve joins Webb’s Webb’s with twenty years experience encompassing banqueting management via the Grosvenor House Hotel while completing the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Higher Certificate in London. Since returning to New Zealand he has been involved with wine retail, wine storage and wine export, most notably with Maison Vauron and DIVA New Zealand.

Lauren Boustridge

Jewellery Specialist

Lauren’s luxury goods experience extends abroad from Europe to New Zealand. She has been trained and worked alongside internationally recognised brands such as Patek Philippe, Rolex and IWC and joins us from the role of Diamond Specialist for New Zealand’s first flagship Tiffany & Co. store.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Victoria University of Wellington majoring in Geology and Theatre. She recently returned to New Zealand from London where she attended the Gemological Institute of America’s London campus having graduated from both their Accredited Jewellery Professional and Graduate Gemologist program.

Lauren joins us as Jewellery Specialist and is very much looking to share her passion and enthusiasm for jewellery and watches with our clients.

Alice McKeown

Graphic Designer

Alice has completed a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Interior Architecture from Victoria University of Wellington and a Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design from Massey University of Wellington. She has practiced design on a wide range of projects, which have included installation design, print design, branding, advertising and marketing.



Katrina Sewell

Front of House

Katrina has more than a decade of experience working at Webb’s and brings with her skills from  a background in PR, social work and travel. Since working at Webb’s, she has developed a keen interest in New Zealand art and artefacts.


Bronwyn Olsen

Financial Manager

Bronwyn recently joined the Webb’s Finance Department and brings with her over seven years accounting and administration experience in a vast variety of industries with a great emphasis on Systems Implementation and Database Management. She is new to the auction world, but immensely enjoys the customer and vendor interaction and, along with a fondness for all things creative, she has quickly connected and attuned to her position.


Jan Vetter

Front of House

Jan holds a degree of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington, majoring in Marketing and Business strategy.  She has worked in advertising and marketing positions and has a proven track record in management and administration, across both private and public sector organizations’, in New Zealand and overseas. She brings to Webbs experience in client relations and a wealth of administrative skills to the position. As an avid collector, Jan has also been a client of Webb’s for many years.
